Sharing the dishes you love, made for home
Many of you have asked me to create a public place to share the recipes behind your favorite dishes—so you could take those memories home and make them your own. You & Mi Kitchen grew from that simple idea. I’ll begin with the most requested recipes and let conversation and interest guide what follows.

You and Mi Kitchen is a place where I share recipes for the dishes you loved, presented in a way that makes them easy to execute in your own kitchens. I’ll begin with the most requested recipes and let this space grow naturally from there. Where it leads, I’m not entirely sure—and that’s part of the joy. Your curiosity, questions, and passions will help shape what comes next.
This kitchen is my way of saying thank you—for years of support, trust, and shared meals. It’s a place where I can offer what I know, continue the conversation around food, and create room for my own new adventures, whatever that may be.
Chik’n & Mi’s chapter may have ended, but You & Mi Kitchen is where the conversation continues. I’m glad you’re here—and I’d love to hear what you’d like to cook next.
